Really let down with the recent change in staff. Drove out of my way for this location. Ordered a new tea off the august menu that looked beautiful in pictures. Was given a tea grey in color because the cup was malfunctioning, and was dumped into a new cup. Wonderful. Also wasn't given the option to give my info to be entered into the system as a returning customer.

Tried contacting a few times about my last order and no response!! Even left a comment on their Facebook post to contact me (you cannot message them it's removed). It's a bit if a drive for me and with my work schedule hard to make it before they close but I was sold peanut butter cups that had mold inside! I should of known when it was the last one on the shelf and there was a note to ask for fresh ones! I paid $28 for the bag and a shake! Not ok! Giving them a 3 star review because I liked there shakes and only a very few times did the bites taste old. First time and last time for mold.

Quick service and helped me navigate the menu! Definitely would recommend a “chunky monkey” (pb, chocolate, banana) protein shake!!
