Not only is the ice cream great, but the customer service is even better. They stopped carrying my absolute favorite flavor and one of the employees was kind enough to relay my resulting depression to his manager. Went back today and I am once again blessed by Oatmeal Cookie Craving!

My coworkers and I decided to stop by after shift to treat ourselves to some much needed ice cream. The service was amazing, the man working the window was extremely kind (even showed us his dog!). We are definitely going to be coming back! Count us as your new regulars!

In what world does cotton candy ice cream have waffle cone pieces in it. Even more surprising when you specifically asked for a cup… then not provide a refund when asked. Terrible service. I hope the managers take note that their employees were extremely rude. Makes me think the issues were intentional because why wouldn’t you immediately offer a refund for a bad product. Just really hope not.

$5 for two scoops of ice cream! Felt robbed. I should have just bought a pint at CVS. I also should have listened to the 2 young girls in front of me that also couldn’t believe the cost. Worse the ice cream tasted old. This place is dirty inside & out. They even have the nerve to put out a tip cup. I’m never going back. This place should be ashamed to be in the center of Suffield. F- Do not waste your time or money!

I was the only customer. Explained my request 3X to this girl, who just couldn't grasp it: one sugar cone with 2 scoops, one scoop key lime and one scoop chocolate almond. Received one scoop of key lime. Fine. She said that'll be $4.40. Gave her $5. Received 31 cents change. Interesting experience.
