Nothing Bundt Cakes

Nothing Bundt Cakes was such a sweet and cheerful stop in New Orleans. The shop felt bright and inviting, with beautifully decorated cakes displayed like little gifts. I tried one of their classic flavors, and it was incredibly moist and rich without feeling too heavy. The cream cheese frosting was smooth and perfectly sweet, adding just the right finishing touch. The smaller “bundtinis” are also a fun option if you want to sample different flavors. Overall, it’s a reliable dessert spot — simple, celebratory, and perfect when you’re in the mood for something indulgent but comforting.

Ordered a Valentines gift for my daughter. Not sure what happened. They initially left me a voicemail saying there was a problem with the delivery. When I called back the next day they acted like everything was fine. I knew better at that point. Then they acknowledged there was an issue. Asked if I could send photos. I sent them 2 videos. Never heard from them again. Horrible customer service. Spend your money elsewhere.

Very rude, unhelpful staff when trying to place an order this morning over the phone. Could not help customize an order whatsoever, and blamed me for not phrasing a request appropriately. (The request was simply for a pink bow and a blue bow on a cake as the cake is for boy & girl). Nothing but roadblocks. Given the combative nature of whoever I spoke to on the phone, I did not place an order there and ordered elsewhere. Hopefully this review will be helpful for owners in preventing future loss of business.

Won’t be going back to this location . I always go to Harvey location but I tried this one since it was closer to my church . Never again .. these weren’t fresh at all .. I brought a dozen of mini cakes .. they were dry and not soft at all . And the person who put the icing in the cakes rushed it an had most of them lopsided which I didn’t notice until I got to the party . Very disappointed. I’m more upset they were dry .. I never had a issue with this company but this time was a disappointment..my husband and a few ppl at the party agreed

Customer service is the worse. This is the second time they had me waiting an hour for a cake, I called for ahead of time. The supervisor on shift have a nasty attitude and don't care to listen to your complaints.
