Notary Bonding ran my credit card in the beginning of February. I paid extra for FedEx tracking. I still have not received anything from this company and it’s about to be March. Your phone line doesn’t work and website is now suspended. I left a voicemail. Someone needs to get back to me ASAP.

I sent in my package, and paid. Then I was refunded. Did the company suddenly close? I would like to know if my application was submitted or if I can just go to another bonding company? I am sorry if anything occurred to this company. I have ONLY used this company since I have been a notary of probably more than 30+ years, and always had the greatest of service.

I've done two consecutive 4-yr Florida Notary Public commissions through them, plus just added on some E&O insurance. Everything has always been handled and serviced perfectly! Jim Williams, the Account Support Agent I've worked with, has been absolutely the best in quickly responding to emails, answering questions, and making sure things get done right. I can guarantee that when my current commission expires in 2029, I'll be using NotaryBonding.com again.

I would give ZERO stars - submitted application on Oct 30th for Florida Notary. They cashed the check Nov 17th - said we still owed shipping - paid for shipping on Dec 4th. Called in mid January - they said it would be another 2-4 weeks for shipping...It's now Feb 24th - still no notary stamp and now when you call or go on their email - it says account has been suspended. Beware - this company is completely unprofessional.
