Hungry Howie's Pizza

Really upset how I just got a delivery order that I never received paid extra for it to be delivered and now I still gotta go out and get the food I purchased two hours ago it's 10:30 at night and I have to work at 5am. Definitely not happy!!!

So basically I ordered a duo pizza with garlic herb and butter cheese crust (two types of pepperoni) with they didn’t put the cupped pepperonis and they didn’t put either of the two crust flavors I ordered…I went back in and asked to speak to a manager and the man at the front desk goes What’s wrong with the pizza I said what was wrong with it and from that moment he got defensive, rude, snappy and loud with me I eventually just asked for a refund bc atp I’m going to have spit in my pizza…but never did he say he was sorry for HIS mistake nor try to make things right worst hungry howies I’ve ever been to!!!! And of course I tipped when I first went it and he wasn’t trying to give me my tip back bc his employees didn’t put the tip into the computer. Why would I tip if my pizza was messed up

Customer service is good! And so it the Pizza and subs! My order is always correct fresh and Hot!!! Thanks y’all keep it up please!!!

Food quality is way down. Been coming here for years and it keeps getting worse. Last straw was yesterday 10/22. Got a pizza that was horrible. Bland and overcooked.

Update: this place is really a hit or miss . Ordered a junior pizza and it looks like they just threw the toppings on with a bunch of cheese. Pieces super uneven. I mean if you don’t care about where you work or what you are doing while at work you can just quit. F.Y.I the place was not super busy. I come here all the time and they must have someone new working because my pizza looked and tasted overly amazing this time!!
