Customer Reviews
No disconnect notice and shuts off water right before they close. A child who just had surgery- needs the water on. Emailed the lady who’s in charge-Luz- and she ignored my emails. My husband called to pay at 440- nothing they could do. I called and asked where my disconnect notice was, they said they sent it in a previous letter- wouldn’t it be sent with the current bill I just received?? Or- How about a courtesy knock- let us know you’re shutting people’s water off so our pipes can freeze and cost us more money- awesome job Northlake.
