I’ve been here so many times. I am from Chicago and well favorite is the wreck. The ladies who were doing the sandwich were ok. They were not that friendly. The ambience is average. Same decor nothing has changed. I used to live around here long ago over 10 years and it looks the same. Would I recommend this place? YES! for the food.

Cashier gave my sandwich to the wrong customer. Then proceeded to give me the wrong sandwich/ingredients. She never apologized and did not seem to care. Paid money for something I didn’t order. Thank you so much.

One of my favorite Potbelly locations. The staff is very friendly and always have my order ready for pick up! 😊 Food is always fresh and my sandwich perfectly made. The restaurant always looks clean and organized.

Here we go again. I’m not sure why this is a recurring issue. I add avocado to my salad, WHICH COST EXTRA, and it’s not on my salad. I never have issues when I order a sandwich or soup, which I did last week. Just the salads, hit or miss. I don’t understand it. I’m not driving, which is why I ordered delivery, then here we go so I’m just out of money and out of what I asked for. UGH!

Sandwich wasn't that good, asked for extra pickle and it looks like they put less pickles on there. The price of the sandwich has gotten out of control at over $13. After raising the prices so much, they still expected a tip. The sandwich is not the value it used to be and for that price, I would expect a lot better sandwich. Update: Potbelly's requested more information which I sent but they never followed up like they said they would, poor customer service
