Who ever took the order was beyond amazing. But unfortunately the bread was beyond rock hard. I was so excited about the pickle and that all was super squishy.

First time ordering online here and I ordered 3 sandwiches this was the turkey literally one slice of turkey across this big piece of bread....unbelievable will not return to jimmy John's after this....

I only go here via drive thru! Friendly staff, great sandwiches! I highly recommend if you’re hungry and don’t know what to eat.

I went to Jimmy John’s on my lunch break and I asked for no tomato, extra pickle. I got tomato with no pickles! when I got to the window nobody came to the window for a good five minutes finally when someone came to the window, they didn’t know what I had, then the worker gives me the sandwich and I’m trying to give him my card so I can pay and he’s like oh you didn’t pay yet and like no

First of all Placed an online order at 120pm for a chicken Caesar wrap it didn’t come until almost 230pm the wrap literally has no chicken on it i called to inform them of the error when the worker literally says i put chicken on it i told the guy who answered the phone it’s no reason to lie about a wrap there’s no chicken on it he says ma’am you don’t need to call back with your attitude at this point just go head issue the refund and i will nevvvvvverrrrr be back to this jimmy John’s again not to mention the pop is also flat
