North Shire Lodge

We were delighted to find North Shire Lodge! Brad & Stacy were friendly & great hostesses!! Our Lincoln room was clean, quiet, warm & had a wonderful view of the mountains. Loved the bedding on our king size bed…So crisp! Breakfast was very good from Baby Dutch to eggs to French toast, fresh fruit & homemade muffins with sausage. And we got to visit all our favorite places & new on our list was the North Shire Bookstore. A must, recommend by Stacy!

We came back to North Shire Lodge last week after our first visit last year. Such a great place to stay, the rooms are comfortable and cozy and the views are beautiful. Stacie and Brad make you feel welcome and their dog Otis is super cute. Delicious breakfast served too. Location is perfect. Highly recommend!

Stayed here for a weekend ski trip to Stratton. Room was large, clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the view out the back sliders while enjoying my morning cup of coffee. Really appreciated the flexibility the owners provided with a late check in. Did not have breakfast as my family usually gets up and goes to catch first chair at the mountain, but having fresh, hot coffee for the drive was nice. Will definitely look to return the next time I'm in the area.

The accommodations, complimentary breakfast, and warm welcome from the owners at North Shire Lodge made our trip a memorable one. The room was spotless and has been well maintained. The proximity to Manchester, skiing (Stratton, Bromley, Magic Mountains), and plenty of wonderful restaurants can't be beat. Looking forward to staying again soon!

This is a well appointed, comfortable and friendly B&B inn run by a lovely couple who keep the place in great shape, cook well, and are super friendly and helpful to guests. Located in a beautiful and private setting with individual attached cabins, this inn is ideally located to reach at least five major VT ski resorts via an easy scenic drive. Location is just on the edge of Manchester which is a haven of good restaurants, great shopping at both local shops and outlets, and friendly Vermont spirit. We will definitely return again for another stay here.
