Nitro Kitchen & Cocktails

Great vibe and a fun creative menu. Portions were generous and the prices are fair for what you get. We ordered the Nitro Sushi Stack, birria ramen, and the kids “chicken tendies”. The sushi stack was delicious but definitely more so a fork and knife than handheld. It was huge, very good. The birria ramen was flavorful and spicy (and waiter confirmed was also dairy free). The kids menu has lots of options. Overall, happy we finally tried it and will be back!

Everything was absolutely delicious and popping with flavor and seasonings. Service was great!! Thank you Brandon!! Staff was all excellent too. Thank you for making our first experience with y'all outstanding!! We'll definitely be returning.

Creative fusion menu. Tuna-tini was tasty and ample. Birria ramen and Steak Lettuce Wraps were delicious as well. Prices were reasonable and server was excellent. Next time I’ll leave room for the Fruity Pebbles Cheesecake!

We traveled to Merritt Island for our anniversary and wanted a local spot for dinner. This place did not disappoint. The menu is unique and full of plenty of options. We had the wings (two flavors), chimichanga, birria tacos and soy cucumbers. Everything was amazing and served quickly. It was Monday night so we took advantage of the $7 cocktail and the $1 wings specials. Our server even surprised us with a dessert for our anniversary! My only complaint is that there aren’t more locations in Florida for more opportunities to try the rest of the menu!

Some of yall out here are keeping secrets. This place is amazing and I dont know how i just got told about it. Service was amazing. Shout out to Tiffani and the rest of the wait staff. From start to finish they were amazing. Had boneless wings for the appetizer 10/10. Katsu chicken and chaufa rice 10/10. I dont know where these sauces come from but dont miss out. Drinks amazing 10/10. Hands down probably my favorite restaurant I've been to in the last year. AGAIN 10 OUT OF 10 WOULD RECOMMEND.
