Customer Reviews
I stopped nearby for a sandwich and the creamery was suggested as a place for ice cream and a seat… and a public bathroom! There were all the classes flavors, but I opted for the special Baklava. It was super creamy, and full of smooth cinnamon and chunks of pistachios. The small was decently sized, not huge, and was about $6. Coming from Worcester, this is expensive, but finding Boston prices are just a lot higher. I love that it’s open on a Monday afternoon with quick, friendly service.
The staff was really kind, and accommodating to our daughter’s allergy! No cross contamination here as they went to the back to get her ice cream toppings. The raspberry sugar free ice cream was delicious.
The service could not have been worse. First of all, we were ready to order for all of 5 minutes and no one took our order. Then, some man in his 50s came in and they let him skip us because he was “in a rush”. While dealing with his order, they got it wrong, the employee rolled her eyes and reluctantly discarded the ice cream, almost mocking the customer. Finally, after it took 5 minutes for two employees to make one ice cream, they spent another 5 minutes attempting to fix the register… FINALLY, we were able to order… but because it was an hour before closing, they put away the blender and couldn’t make a milkshake. Worst experience I’ve had at an ice cream parlor, and will never give them a dollar of business. Bring back White Mountain ASAP.
My family and I had a terrible experience here. My husband and son’s Oreo shakes tasted like straight milk no flavor, no thickness. When I asked for more ice cream to fix it, the staff refused. The manager opened the lids and said “there’s plenty of ice cream in there” like if we were lying dismissed us completely. We’re a Hispanic family, and after reading another review mentioning racism, it all makes sense now. The cold, rude treatment we got felt personal. Won’t ever be coming back. If you care about decent service or respect go somewhere else. Ps. Went down the street and got a REAL SHAKE and treated like a human being
very bad. tastes like milk and the brownie crumble bits taste like the oven. $7 for what….
