New China

We have ordered from here in the past, so we placed an order for pickup on a Sunday evening, and we were told about 40-45 minutes. We ordered egg rolls, crab rangoon, and jumbo fried shrimp for appetizers, and shrimp fried rice along with shrimp egg foo young and vegetable egg foo young for our main course. I arrived 40-45 minutes later to pick up our dinners, and it was ready and waiting for me. Egg rolls were just okay, but everything else was great, especially both of the egg foo young, which I would say both were some of the best we have ever had. Great place for Chinese takeout, we will be back! Only takeout available, nice, polite people working here. Fair prices for lots of food.

This is arguably the best Chinese food I have eaten in a long time - I hardly leave reviews so that adds some weight into my opinion. The flavor is outstanding, vegetables are fresh with a nice crunch to them, and the chicken is of great quality. It is to bad this place is a few hours from home or else it would be my new go to…

I very rarely feel THIS strongly positive about a restaurant, but I love New China so much. It’s been my go to Chinese restaurant for years now. Everything is always perfect (best crab rangoons ever), and they’re accommodating to dietary changes I request. I’ve probably been 50+ times over the years and have never had anything that was made incorrectly, or poorly prepared at all. ALSO they’re extremely affordable. Cannot recommend them enough!

Food always takes at least an hour and they are always behind or backed up. Great food if you can ever wait long enough to try it, but very horrible customer service. I ordered online went to pick up an hour later and was told it would be another 30 mins. Gave them the benefit of the doubt again after a previously bad experience & they dropped the ball. Do better.

They can’t keep up with demand. It’s never ready for pickup when it’s supposed to be. Everyone waits about 30-60 minutes crammed inside like sardines. There’s no real line and you have to fight your way to the front to ask if your orders ready or you’ll stand around in there for hours. I watched one guy wait patiently for about 45 minutes and his bag was sitting behind the counter the whole time. We can’t order from here anymore.
