My Three Sons Bagel Cafe (Franklin Ave)

Wow, this place is efficient! Constantly busy, but with a big team behind the counter, handling it gracefully. The bagels are solid and I really appreciated them having an egg everything bagel. The breakfast sandwich was tasty and fresh. They scramble their eggs - I note this because it makes for a different sandwich versus one with a sunny-side-up egg. On another bagel, I got only plain cream cheese, but they have a vast selection of other cream cheese flavors that I’ll have to try from next time.

New favorite bagel and breakfast place! I cannot say enough good things about My Three Sons. The food is absolutely DELICIOUS and all other bagel spots in the area and on LI should take notes! Ordered delivery because I had 60% off and I was blown away. First order got a bagel with cream cheese, egg & cheese on a bagel, bacon, egg, cheese, ketchup on a French toast bagel, and Truffled BEC on a croissant. The bagels are soft and chewy, the right amount of salt, a great amount of flavor. The French toast bagel has a really nice brown color to it with a good maple syrup flavor. Fast service. The bagel options were plentiful. Hard to pick what I wanted. I had the bacon egg and cheese truffle on a asiago bagel. Very good and filling. Affordable.

Ordered on DD. Banana walnut french toast was yummy. My BEC bagel alwats cooked perfectly. Bagels pretty good. BUT I docked 2 stars for the ultimate mistake. Scallions do NOT belong in vegetable cream cheese. Once you add scallions it is NO longer veggie cream cheese. It becomes just scallion cream cheese. SMGH. I dont know where this idea comes from but its gross. Sorry but Im not ordering from 2 places just to get decent veggie cream cheese. As much as I enjoy the other food.

Great bagels and exceptional pancakes. Grabbed a quick breakfast here with my daughter on our way to the airport. I got and egg and sausage bagel sandwich and my daughter got pancakes. The bagels are really good and the pancakes were tall and fluffy and really good.
