Venchi Chocolate & Gelato Roosevelt Field

Everyone here is so helpful! Eduardo, Patrick, Amber, Jayson, and a few more whose names escape me at the moment. The gelato has been dialed in since opening and now the consistency and texture are spot on everytime I go there (some were icy in the beginning but every single time I ask for a sample now, its creamy.) After a while, two large cups were not enough to get me full, so I asked for a 500g to go container with a waffle cone shoved on top. Definitely the right size LoL.

Jamari made my visit to Venchi even better. The brand already delivers amazing chocolate and gelato, but his service took it to another level. He was patient, friendly, and helped me pick the perfect flavor. Venchi is always a treat, and with team members like Jamari, the experience feels even more special. Highly recommend! Omg the nougatine at Venchi is delicous! Today when I walked in to get a cappuccino, Jamari was so kind and made an absolutely delicious nougatine! I am excited to have more over the fall and winter season!!
