Mt. Washington State Park Food Service

We visited on a Wednesday afternoon in late June 2025. We took the Cog Railway up the mountain. We did not actually eat at the food service place but I did take a few photos that I thought we help others who might have been deciding. They do have shorter hours than you'd expect. I know there was warning signs for people who took the later trains up that the food service may be closed when they arrived. We already had all our food we wanted so this wasn't an issue. There were honestly almost no one purchasing food when we visited. Everyone was busy doing all the other things because we only had 45 mins at the top. I'm guessing many of the people who might choose to eat here are the hikers who came up the mountain or the AT hikers as well. There were a ton of tables to eat at inside the v

If you hike up food is five stars, if you drove probably two. Nice they take cards now.

Had the best apple squash soup in my entire life on the peak of this mountain!
