We had gone through a chapter 11 bankruptcy with the business due to the landlord not rectifying a building safety issue. We had been paying monthly to Moser and they require payment before services and because of the financial hardship with the bankruptcy, we couldn't pay up front and expressed to them that we would ensure to keep paying when we could as we tried to recover. We always communicated. We always thanked them for working with us during this difficult time. And we ended up paying, always. These are great people! They helped with setting up our small business a few years back and I have no idea what I’m doing when it comes to accounting and taxes. I’m terrible with all that stuff. They’re very patient and answer any and all questions that I have. Very responsive to emails, calls, etc. They aren’t the cheapest around, but they are also very reasonable with their pricing and well worth the money. Would recommend to anyone looking for accounting services!

I had gotten some notice from the IRS I needed help with and they said they could help. Dropped it off and heard nothing. Called every few days and they told me they would call me back later that day. Month later they said they didn't have time and call in a few weeks. Started calling again and again was told repeatedly someone would call me back that day. Over 3 months past. Finally went to their office and was just told to send a letter to the IRS. Sounded like I was bothering them. They should have just told me they didn't want to help with it in the start instead of stringing me along for over 3 months. If you need your accountant to be available to your needs I'd definitely look elsewhere.

A load of concern and skepticism peeled right off of me when I met Rebecca, my CPA/accountant. She supports small businesses to thrive, doesn’t purposely try to overcharge you or have you guessing when she will charge you. She goes out of her way. She educates you on how the system works and how to manage your best interests. I can’t recommend her enough. She’s hilarious and brilliant. You can tell she loves her work: geek to the max. She is worth the distance of being outside of the Mpls times 100. If you value yourself, use her services for your business.
