I’m way overdue on leaving a review here. We love Ginny Bites! It’s my favorite place to get emotional support cookies (aka cream cheese crinkle cookies), and there are numerous treats my son loves here (he highly approves of the Chilly Wop drink for breakfast and love the ‘veggie’ cookies 😜). My father will tell you her key lime pies are the best he’s ever had. The lemon meringue is delicious too! We also love that she sells Dirty Chips (the only brand of potato chip I actually like). I also love that Ginny is friendly, down-to-earth, and approachable. BUT, let’s talk about her cakes. I gave her some inspiration photos for my son’s 6th birthday party, and she did not disappoint! It was incredible, next-level creativity! Can’t wait to see how we top it at his next birthday.

Ginny is absolutely incredible to work with! Not only is she so fun and creative, but her desserts are pure magic. For our New Orleans–themed celebration dinner with 150 guests, she crafted five different varieties of cupcakes that captured the spirit of New Orleans perfectly. Every bite was delicious, and our guests couldn’t stop raving about them all night long! She also designed our wedding cake, which was not only decadent but truly flawless. Her desserts weren’t just treats—they were a highlight of the entire evening!

I cannot say enough about.how wonderful Ginny Bites is! I needed to stop at Schmidtt Music and was lured in by the wonderful smell of baked goods. We first tried the cinnamon rolls and had to go back for more! Added the individual chocolate cakes (delicious), the kentucky peacan pie (amazing) and the raspberry Cheesecake dessert (heavenly). Couple that with the charming atmosphere and fantastic service and you will find yourselves returning, like we have!

Excellent little bakery that also has some very tasty, Southern inspired soups and sandwiches. Haven't had an authentic Muffuletta in years and was quite surprised to see it on the menu! Olive Salad is delicious packs a good bit of heat and tasty olive oil. Very generous amount of Italian deli Mortadella and Salami. Only wish the wonderfully chewy Ciabatta bun would jave been toasted as the bread was cold. Loved the Strawberry Lemonade Cheesecake cup but, the Key Lime is positively ADDICTING! Make sure to also grab a couple of cookies to go on your way out. Bet they won't make it to your car! Will make it a point to stop back whenever we're in Anoka. Thanks for the Herban Wolf tip! We've been there too and love the different twists. That was our second choice if you didn't have the Muffule

Little hole in the wall bakery that does its community proud. Unassuming neighborhood appeal and tasty treats. The Place serves their coffee French pressed which impressed me. The cinnamon rolls were huge and tasty. I asked for no icing which was no problem for them.
