Becky was amazingly patient with me in showing me how to format my manuscript properly for printing, how my pictures would turn out, and other very helpful advice for this first timer. Couldn’t be happier with my service with Smith Printing. I’ve been working on this project for well, many years, and only just started assembling the book in April of this year. I wanted to put out a high quality art book based around my portfolio. I also had a deadline for January to release it in conjunction with my solo exhibition of the same subject matter/name. I was expecting the books to be printed in 4-6 weeks and receive the books about a week before my show opens but I got them two weeks after writing the check.. I’m so happy with the print quality and will definitely be going through Smith printing for a future endeavor I’m already mapping out.

Oh my goodness!!! I just received my 1000 page memory book and I am BLOWN AWAY! First, Becky was amazing and went ABOVE AND BEYOND! As a sales person myself I love that Becky was on top of her follow-up!!! From my first email, which was over the weekend no less and didn't expect a response until Monday, she exceed expectations right out the gate.
