This place is absolutely delicious. Real authentic Mexican food that blows any other local restaurant out of the water. Forget going to any chain restaurant and get your booty down to this food truck! The family that runs it is absolutely wonderful as well. They have tables if you'd like to sit and enjoy. 100 out of 10!

Finally, a food truck with amazing and healthy Mexican food! I've been looking for a place like this, and Miranda's absolutely delivers. I had the quesabirrias today and they were perfect. Highly recommend!

The Food is so Authentic and felt super fresh here and the people who run this are very nice! This place is kind of hidden in the San tan valley and it definitely deserve more attention and recognition.

Me, my wife, and our kids love this food truck. The horchata is on point, the street tacos are legit, and my favorite are the asada fries! Watch out for the salsa verde because it will heat you up quick!!! Also, the people that run the truck are super nice!
