Mint & Martini - Indian Restaurant

First time coming here, and wow the food is amazing. The heat level was perfect. I got the Chicken 45 with a level 3 spice. The drinks were also very good. The staff was knowledgeable about what would be good for specific spice levels.

From the moment we walked in, the experience was exceptional, but two things truly set it apart: the absolutely incredible food and our waiter, Sandi. Let's start with Sandi. He wasn't just polite he was genuinely friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. He had a perfect sense of when to check on us and when to give us space, and his recommendations were spot-on. He truly is the best and added so much warmth to our afternoon. Now, the food... WOW!! Every dish we tried was extra amazing. The flavors were bold, balanced, and truly memorable, you can taste the care and quality in every bite. We thought it couldn't get any better, but then came dessert. It was something different and utterly delicious, a unique and perfect ending to the meal that we’re still talking about.

Tried Mint & Martini for takeout for the first time and had a nice overall meal! Prices were high (typical for Seattle), but all the dishes were tasty and reasonably portioned. I wish my jalapeno chicken was spicier, and the fried baby corn could have been crispier. But the butter chicken was quite good and the naan a standout.

I celebrated my birthday yesterday at Mint and Martini in Capitol Hill, and it turned out to be such a memorable experience! The place was super duper busy when we arrived, which honestly says a lot about how popular it is. Even though we had a reservation, we did have to wait about 45 minutes while standing. At first it felt like a long wait, but seeing how lively and packed the restaurant was made it understandable, they were clearly in high demand and getting busier by the minute. Despite the crowd, the staff remained incredibly kind and professional. You could tell they were a bit overworked that night, yet they still handled everything with patience and smiles. Swung by for a late lunch on a Wednesday and it was exactly what we needed. The place was pretty quiet which made for a quicker serve time as hoped. Food tasted great, spice level was perfect at three and the staff was super kind. Just a bit on the pricer side.
