Mimmo's Pizzeria & Restaurant - St. Albans

Idk what happened to Mimmo’s?! If I’m not having to finish cooking my bread roll at home because its raw still, my pasta is nothing but oil. Do better you were good past in like 2010 maybe try to bring back those cooks? I remember seeing a whole crew change over in the back and ever since it’s been poor quality.

Excellent pie! Quality ingredients. Super nice folks, cozy feel and very clean. I could come here every week if I lived here!

We go every week for our pizza fix. The service is excellent we always try to get Kris or Allissa as they remember what we want without even having to ask. Jared always cooks our pie to perfection. The other chefs also do a great job should he not be there or you are ordering one of the many other food options they serve. The owner will always stop to say hi when he is there. We are very pleased with the fast friendly service and atmosphere and great food. Definitely one of the best restaurants in St. Albans.

In town on business and I was 20 minutes late to get my carry out order to take back to my hotel room. Assumed it would be cold and soggy. To my surprise I enjoyed one of the best calzone's I have ever had. The crust was perfection even after sitting in the box so long, the toppings were delicious, and the marinara (get an extra cup, I was glad I did) was fantastic. I will be back on the next trip.

I am from out of town, working nearby to this resteraunt. Due to this we have eaten lunch here a few times. Prices are very reasonable and the atmosphere is nice. Food is prepared well, fairly quick as well. The main benefit to the atmosphere is the service. Abby L served us both times and she was extremely polite, informative, and friendly. She wasn't pushy in any way, but she was very attentive. There was another server at the bar, a little older than Abby, she was also very sweet and helpful. Lovely resteraunt, I'm sad I'm not a local.
