We went here on a recommendation. We were pleasantly surprised once we ordered and our food arrived. We arrived early so seating was not a problem. We ordered soft drinks which were delivered quickly. We purused the menu. I decided on the caprese sandwich with onion rings, Our server recommended adding grilled chicken to the sandwich. She was not wrong. It was wonderful! My husband ordered the reuban with fries. There was a but of a wait on our food, but it came out of the kitchen hot and delicious. Our server was friendly and knowledgeable. Don't let the rustic outside fool you....go in and order! You will not be disapointed!!!!

We had a great experience here last Friday night. I am always looking for new places to try and had heard good things about this new spot. When we arrived, the place was busy, but not crowded. Parking out front was full, but we managed to find a spot out back. It is a good-sized space with regular and high top tables, plus plenty of seats at the bar. We were told to seat ourselves and quickly found a table. Service was friendly and prompt. Water was brought over and an appetizer order put in within just a few minutes. We asked a couple of questions and settled on a few items to try. The homemade fried mozzarella was delicious. 4 good-sized crispy and gooey pieces, perfect to share. And both the marinara and Melba sauces were very good too. The rest of our food took a bit, as we ordered

We did not have a great experience. We were very excited to do the Saratoga Restaurant week but unfortunately they closed early and let us know they are no longer serving the restaurant week specials because they ran out of it, this was after even calling twice asking what time they close and if they are still doing restaurant week.. we are very displeased.

Knew as soon as I walked in the door that I was gonna like this place. There's a really welcoming atmosphere here. Don't be deceived by the tiny parking lot, there's lots of tables inside. The bartender and waitress Michelle were both super friendly. So many things jumped out on the menu, but I landed on the Tavern Sandwich. Thing had like an inch and a half of roast beef on it! The noob cook only put bacon on half the sandwich. That half was delicious lol. The garlic aioli really ties it all together. Something about the flavor of the cheese in the French onion soup is really tasty. Every time I drive by this place, it's always packed. The food lived up to the hype. Try it!

Came in for lunch on a rainy, Wednesday afternoon. Wasn’t too busy and sat at the bar like I usually do. My first impression was an updated version of Jay’s bar and it was clean but I wouldn’t say inviting. Didn’t get a cozy vibe possibly due to the lighting. The bartender was nice but not overly friendly as some can be. I had a couple beers from a not decent tap list and had the Mexican street corn dip. I didn’t realize it would be a cold dip so that’s my bad. It was decent but not great. I had high expectations going in and was slight disappointed. However, it’s a nice local spot to grab some food and watch a game. It’s not a place I would hurry back to though.
