Isla's Divine Desserts

A nifty little concept, with a trust fall payment system. I enjoy places like this, reminds me of some grocery stores in other states I have been in, where you are charged upon leaving the premises. However here it really is just "please be a good person", which I understand is a tough option to offer in this day and age. As for the options themselves, plenty to choose from, I'm limited in my inability eat cocoa, so I was only able to nab four offerings. The cheery cheesecake, white chocolate gingerbread cookies, vanilla thumbprint cookies, and oatmeal butterscotch cookies. All together coming to just under $20, but they don't do change here so be ready to either tip your change or bring some quarters. Back home I sampled a little of everything, and the oatmeal cookies were my favorite.

very cool. the breadth of products offered is impressive. they even have a fridge in the summer! honor system, bring cash but u can also pay via QR code. high quality; truly a legitimate self serve large menu bakery quality offering. there’s plenty of info and signage to meet all your needs sans employees.

This girl can bake! My fiance and I have tried her cookies, brownies and I've had a couple of the tartlets and everything is amazing and not super sweet. This is a must try if your craving something homemade.

Exceptional cookies and brownies!! The mocha choco latte brownie is my personal favorite. Luckily stumbled on Isla’s Divine Desserts while traveling through the area. Highly recommend!

Great cookies and cakes! We were looking for something sweet after a day of antiquing in Ballston Spa and luckily found isla’s little shop. Definitely worth it!
