Mom & Pop’s Cafe & Catering

If you are looking for good home cooked meals and a cozy & homey environment, Mom & Pop's Cafe & Catering has it down pat. I tried their Chicken noodle soup and I didn't leave a drop. I also tried their Cranberry orange muffin. This muffin was bursting with flavor right down to the last crumb. The staff are super friendly and attentive. The owners Kaila & Steve come out and check on the customers themselves, not just the waiting staff. The customers clearly know who Kaila and Steve are as they stop at each table to speak with them. The environment is clean, well kept, beautiful and makes you feel at home. The tables are set up for sets of 2, 4 & 6 but I'm told can be pushed together for more. This was my first time coming here, and I will be back! First, the parking lot is PACKED and there were people standing at the door...but don't let that scare you! They just do a busy takeout service. We got a table inside with no problem, no wait. The menu is enormous...like a diner, where you can basically order whatever you probably feel like eating for breakfast or lunch. There are so many options! I ended up getting the turkey club sandwich. I had an option to have it with chips or a side salad. The sandwich was great! They did not skimp....in fact, the sandwich was so big I had to eat the sections in mini-sections. The interior was tidy and clean, and it was bustling with fun energy. We will definitely be back!

Our order took a very, very long time to prepare. They claimed it was the first day under new owners and that there had been a big door dash order just before us. Still, they could have let us know about the wait. Chicken parm sub was very good. Home made potato chips were mixed, some were soggy and salt clumped, some were OK. I will try eating here one more time in 2-3 weeks before I remove it from my list of good restaurants.

Love this place! Such sweet owners and staff! They love my baby like she’s their own. The only thing I’m sad about is I work the hours they are open so I don’t get to go as much but when I do get the chance, I always go 🙂

An all around wonderful experience. I ordered breakfast pizzas last minute VERY early in the day and they made them special. The shop LOVED them. A family owned establishment by amazing people who will take great care of you!
