Mid-City Chicken and Po-Boy's

I got the 8- piece lemon pepper wings and honestly I was expecting way better. This is definitely not lemon pepper flavor it’s more like they just put seasoning and little flakes of lemon pepper. The wings were too dark to be lemon pepper to begin with. Super nice inside and they give you games to play in the pass time while they make your order. It is made to order which I love but as far as flavor goes, i’ve had WAY BETTER. The ranch fries were definitely good though.

The food was decent. The fries and wings were overcooked, but edible. Everything was seasoned nice. Service was ok.

Don’t walk here, RUN!!! From the customer service alone, I got the impression that this business cares about their food being the best quality and ensuring their customers are highly satisfied. Everything was great, the salmon bites were the highlight and the house made lemonade, but I would order everything again. Y’all go support this local business, they’re very deserving. P.S. owner/manager please list the salmon bites and crawfish pie on door dash so I can order it again please and thank you!

Just what we we’re looking for- somewhere out of the French Quarter, delicious po boys, non touristy type spot. We got shrimp po boys and a fish po boy, & buffalo ranch fries. All was devoured. Huge portions- my teen son said “that was a lot of food!”. Perfect. So happy we made the stop on our first trip to NOLA.

Busy Saturday night but didnt have to wait too long for our shrimp po boy and wings. Everything was packaged well and the lady at the desk made sure our order was correct. Impressed that the fries we hand cut and not frozen. Would Def visit again.
