Mexico Lindo Grill

Needed a bite on our road trip to Birmingham and we are SO happy we stumbled on this gem! Our food came out so fast and so hot! The service was spectacular and it also seems to be popular with locals. Very cute vibes and decor too. I got the chicken tacos and chips and guac. We also got a vegetarian quesadilla that was delish. I meant to take a photo but finished eating before I could! It was that good. The bathroom was also very clean and nice. Would recommend to anyone! I wish I lived in the area, I know I’d be a regular.

This place is adorable. I absolutely love the decorations on the inside. We got there for an early dinner. We had amazing service and the food was really good. My only complaint would be about the salsa and chips. The salsa tasted more like tomato sauce than salsa. The chips were just hard and not warm. BUT I did eat them, so it wasn't horrible. My food was amazing, though. We ordered the flautas and carne asada. Big portions and delicious. The margarita was delicious and worth the 12 bucks. Medium was 9.99, so I went with bigger. I didn't get a picture of the menu, but they have a lot & a full service bar. Always a plus when the bathrooms are clean and cute, too. We came with a trailer, and the parking lot was perfect for bigger vehicles. It is located near a shopping center.

Need something for dinner whilst staying in a nearby hotel. I wasn't sure what I wanted and when I arrived at the restaurant, my choice became more complicated as they had some dishes I had never seen before. I decided to try the molcajete; hot lava rock filled will beef strips in a delicious sauce, surrounded by a thin pork chop and grilled cactus, with a PILE of melted Asadero cheese on top, along with three tortillas ... ALL VERY VERY TASTY AND FILLING ! It was one of the best non-standard dishes I've had in a Mexican restaurant. Honestly, with some chips and may be a few extra tortilla, this was enough for TWO ! Service was perfect, always checking on me, and quick to bring a soda refresh when needed.

The food and margaritas were exceptional! The servers are always very polite and attentive. It has be our favorite Mexican restaurant in our area!

Me and the wife eat out a lot, and all over. And I have to say that I could have never guessed that some of the best Mexican food we have ever had would be in Oxford, Al. This place is absolutely unbelievably stupendous! From the food, to the drinks, to the service. Everything was GREAT! I asked the server if this was a chain, sadly it is not. We were in town for a graduation, but we will definitely be back here if EVER in the area.
