Firehouse Subs Oxford

Food is amazing. Workers are great and helpful. The workers are always in a good mood and will talk to you. Food is always hot and my order is always correct. Jasmine has a great day crew and I love getting to see them!

First of all, kudos on the 100 health score. Whille I was there, I could tell the staff worked hard on keeping things clean and I appreciate it. I have recently discovered the Turkey, Bacon Ranch on gluten free bread and it is a treasure. In a gluten restricted diet, it is rare to find bread that is gluten free and doesn't fall apart. Firehouse has solved this dilemma. and is now one of my favorite places to go.

Food is great. My order is always correct. Day crew is always happy to help you and talk to you. Jasmine, Cassie, Maddison, pearl, and Jaden are absolutely amazing workers. With them there I know ima have great food and leave with a smile because the Oxford store is just amazing they will find a way to make you smile or laugh.

I'm usually really satisfied with Firehouse. But ordered the steak and cheese (which listed carmelized onions, peppers, mayo, and mustard in the ingredients). But only got steak and cheese. Nothing else. And not much of it either. Very boring, bland sandwich. Not what I was hoping for.

Food good albeit they appear to be front running inflation. $19 for a sub and medium drink. Real gripe is charging 3.99 for a cup for tap water. Most firehouses charge 25c for a cup and that is fine but 3.99. talk about price gouging. I inquired and was told that is the way it is. Never again to visit this firehouse sub! Update: upon leaving another gentleman came in and asked for a cup of water carrying in a Coke from somewhere else and they said yes. When I asked what's up some manager gave attitude and a lecture about. If we give you a large cup for water we have to charge you and I said I never asked for a large cup.
