An embarrassment to all Chick-fil-A establishments. Horrendous service. Slower than a McDonald’s ice cream machine.
I have given ample opportunity for this location to do better- the past FOUR orders that I have ordered have been messed up in one way or another. I never got the refund as promised and the manager has not been helpful at all. I believe this is the worst location between here and Pell City.
Love this place! The food is great, and the inovative ideas, through the years, to get people through the drive-thru at top notch speed; have been spectacular! My daughter and I hit Chick-fil-A each week after her music lessons, and watch a Trivia show together on YouTube on our way home (Detormentis, you should check his channel out btw) ... That may sound like a Grade-A cheesy time, lol, but I wouldn't trade a million dollars for that time together and that awesome food 😁
We were there 10 before 10 PM, they greatly welcome us and fed some hungry kids. Thank you.
