Server: Ms. Kelly – professional, attentive, and welcoming. Ambiance: Quaint, family-oriented restaurant with a country feel. The space was clean, organized, and comfortable. Food: Well-prepared and flavorful. Portions were generous and satisfying. Pricing: Breakfast ranges from $9.99–$18.99, which is reasonable for the quality and portion size. Recommendation: I highly recommend this location for a relaxed breakfast or brunch. Note: Be prepared to wait on weekends, as it can get busy. Weekday service is typically quicker and more efficient. Here today 1/28/26 for lunch and our server Alicia was terrific. Checked on us often and offered to top off drinks. We had grilled cheese and baked potato soup, hamburger and eggs and the fried chicken plate. The food was delicious and fresh and hot. They served all meals simultaneously like a diner restaurant establishment. Joe the owner came by to welcome us and I now know why this diner has a local feel with the great style of a jersey diner. I can’t wait to come back for more items and I will have to leave room for dessert.

Alicia was a wonderful server! She was very accommodating and had great energy! I ordered the croissant French toast with a side of scrambled eggs (with cheddar cheese) and turkey sausage links. My food was wonderful and to pair it with a great server made my experience 10 times better coming here. I recommend this place!!!

First time eating here and when I tell you their chefs be Cookingggg listen I ordered the apple cinnamon pancakes with fried chicken it got my taste BUDS 🤰🏾 lol frfr and my server Devin was amazing & accommodating tip him well he's awesome. I will definitely be returning for some more amazing eats.

My children and I had a great experience here at Metro Diner and will be returning again! Our waitress Emely H. was amazing and had us taken care of through our whole meal with added recommendations and making sure we knew about all the specials !
