Menchies Frozen Yogurt

Literally every other yogurt or soft serve shop in our area got one or other of my kids sick at some point because they don’t properly clean the machines. Menchies, though, has been solid. We love it here!

Came in tonight on 11/21/25 at 8:57 pm, My family and I have been frequent customers at this Menchie’s location for a long time, but our experience tonight was extremely disappointing. While we were still getting our yogurt, the staff began stacking chairs and tables around us. When we politely asked if we could use the chairs to sit down, the employee responded with, “When are you going to leave?” That comment was incredibly rude and upsetting, especially considering how often we come here. By 9:15 they were already mopping the entire store including the area right next to us. At one point the mop even hit my shoe. We couldn’t use the restrooms because they had already mopped back there as well. It felt like we were being pushed out long before closing, rather than treated like valued cus

Everytime i come in here the store is always clean, none of the candy is on the floor or on the counter, and the sauces are not all over the place either. The guy in here is super sweet, i 10000% recommend coming here.
