Wonderful experience; enjoyed so much we went back there the next day for Happy Hour! Delicious ramen; amazing drink called Smoke Show; lovely friendly + well timed serving staff + lovely ambience. Numerous locations so find one near you! addendum: forgot to mention- kudos + appreciations to Brian, a manager in training, here from Boston location. He was the consummate host when we were here last evening + today; genuinely friendly; sincerely enthusiastic about being part of the Mecha team + super helpful with menu choices. BTW check out the great dessert (I think their only one) Bonnie’s Banana Pudding (a whipped ube creation that is far more tasty than the traditional version).

Wow, Mecha is delicious! I went on a busy mid week night during happy hour. Although the place was busy I was able to get a seat straight away at the bar. Bartender Trevor took care of me. It was my first time there so he explained the different drink specials, and then recommended a flight of sake for me. He explained each sake, the origin, and what paired well with it. I opted for the happy hour mushroom dumplings, and then for my entree the curry ramen. I was very happy that the restaurant had many vegetarian options, so I opted for a vegetarian style ramen. I wasn't able to finish my ramen as it was so large, so they wrapped it up for me and even offered me extra free noodles to take home. Overall I had an excellent experience! Love it here! Been going since they opened when I lived in Stamford for 3.5 years. My now husband and I had our first date here! The food is so good every time, the ambiance is awesome, last time we went with friends last fall the music was bumping and it was such comfort food! Their cocktails are also fun and unique. I would definitely anticipate a wait if you don't make a reservation because it is a very well loved place in Stamford! Can't wait to go back for a warm bowl of ramen and their delicious roasted mushroom dumplings

They seem to have some issue with cash paying customers as it made our cheque collection significantly longer. Otherwise, great food and cocktails. Most of it is pretty standard but the beef noodle bun-cha ish dish was the best of all we tried.

Amazing food ! Pho Ga and Spicy Miso Ramen are 10/10. It was a busy night but we were still able to be seated right as we walked in. Service was great, Jason was constantly checking in and bringing rounds of delicious bao and ramen toppings.
