If you have an order in the last hour before closing you have a slim chance they’ll actually get it ready. They blame the short staff but we were waiting for over 20 minutes for them to just tell us they didn’t have our order when they accepted the code and then refused to give us a receipt because we wanted to cancel our order. Edit, I was charged the amount posted on my account and I provided information the night it happened and haven’t received any response.

Today I was served a moldy bun in the drive thru. When I called and spoke to the manager, he said he made the sandwich himself and the bun wasn’t moldy. Do you think this looks like mold?

We ordered through the app for curbside pickup. The staff never bothered to bring the food to us and there were no visible signs saying the food was being delivered. We ended wasting plenty of time in the car waiting for food that would never come. After going in and asking, the staff were very rude about it.

My food was served so fresh and hot today. Speedy drive through service as well. I noticed that when the manager is working during the mornings, my food is always prepared well. This location has came along way.
