McDonald's

Got 2 double quarter pounders with cheese and bacon on 11/16. Both sandwiches were RAW. And their standard practice is to put a small order of fries in a large container. Without fail, my large fries are always only half full and stale. I ate a fry 20 seconds after receiving my order, and it was cold and stale. There was a teenager at the pickup window who seemed annoyed when I kept asking for the items he kept forgetting. I called corporate to complain the next day and was told someone would get back to me, which they haven't. There are some friendly people who work there, but most won't speak to you at all at the windows. This McDonald's has been like this for years, and the owner/ management doesn't seem to care. If you go here with low expectations, you will still be disappointed.

When this McDonalds was redone it was the one that we enjoyed coming to. Staff was great, place was clean, but in the last few months it has gone downhill. Drink area is always dirty, no one is cleaning the tables and the staff “with the exception of Brandon” is less than what it was. We travel from Suffolk to this McDonalds, but are seriously considering going elsewhere.

Going Downhill: I’ve lived in the area for quite awhile and the service and team used to be solid but for the last few months the service has slowed down a lot, the orders are wrong and they don’t always give you the amount of nuggets and fries you order. Please look at the pictures I included of the “full” order of fries I received. It may be time to start eating elsewhere.

I’ve gone to this McDonald’s for awhile now and avoid going to the one closest to me because I usually get fresh food from this location. I went there tonight, 09/26/2026 around 9:30 pm and when I ordered I asked for fresh food twice. It was confirmed. I got to the window and none of my food was fresh. I live about 18 mins from here and my 2 year old wanted a happy meal so I gave the food back and requested fresh food again. They took my food and put it back in the grease, the fries are so hard my 2 year old don’t even want them. I didn’t mind parking, do better! There was a short Caucasian lady in a burgundy button up collard shirt who I’m assuming is the manager and did not seem to want to address the issue. I guess this is no longer worth the extra drive.

Got in drive through, no line around 4:15. Ordered 1 Big Mac. Employee asked before I paid if this was an in app order. I said no. Paid with my card. Got to the pick up window where they attempted to give me someone else's order. Then told me they would bring my correct order out to me. After about 20 minutes I called into the store. They said they thought I drove off and saying my order will be right out. It is now 4:44 and still no Big Mac. I am very frustrated right now. This is ridiculous! I finally went in and talked to the manager. She tells me, they thought I drove off. I was not told exactly where to park, so I went around the other side. I stead of them checking to see if I had parked somewhere else, they assumed I drove off. At this point I told the manager, that I want my money
