McDonald's

Sitting here at this McDonald's waiting for my order to come out. Came here to because I thought it would be fun to let the kids play at the play pace. However the workers said I had to order at this computer kiosk. I don't know how to use this thing and im not a McDonald's worker. I asked them if they'd please just take my order and they said "we're very busy" As in, they're too busy to take my order. Its 7:15pm 12-07-25 When we get our food and enjoy our evening, this will be the last a time I ever bring my family to a McDonald's anywhere. I don't work here Im not putting in my order. It took me 8 times longer to find everything and put in my order instead of enjoying my evening with my family. These rude workers robbed me of that time, and I hope this review will help someone else know

Service- every employee ignores you and never acknowledges customers. If you don’t order at the kiosk, they never come to the counter. Receipts aren’t being printed at the kiosk, so you have no way of verifying your order. Atmosphere- it’s not clean at all, floors are sticky and tables are not wiped down. It stinks like old grease in the lobby area also.

I went through the drive-through and ordered a cheeseburger with only cheese and ketchup. I get it and has onions on it so I ran in told them it was made wrong and they remade it. Get back to my car and it has mustard on it so my husband goes in for me. Tell them it’s wrong again and this is what they give him

Ordered online 2 dbl cheese burger 2 sml fries no salt Large dr pepper Mayo, ketchup, salt and pepper for the burger The lady running the front was an absolute nightmare. She handed us the correct bag of food, then panicked told us it wasn't ours argued with us over what we purchased and forced us to take a bag that did not belong to us containing a 10 price and 1 lrg fry. We then had to go in with our receipt after being treated like we wanted free food (that was actually ours to start with) she then takes another 10 min to hand us our original now cold and chewy dbl cheese burgers ... Absolutely horrible customer service. And apparently she made an executive decision that since we wanted no salt on the fries , we didn't deserve salt packets/pepper or napkins. I eat at this location every morning before work. I do this for two reasons. The most important reason is that I know for sure that my order will be made correctly. I am a creature of habit, and having the menu item always available is so important. I don’t have to think about it; I am able to order and get going. The second is that I know that I will be able to get in and out quickly. The longest time I have ever spent in the drive-thru from the moment I pulled in was five minutes.
