It has wheelchair accessibility. I've never been disappointed by the food. Servers have always been polite and they work very hard at what they do.
I pulled into captain d's around 12:30 today and it was packed. I ordered a 3 piece dinner and it was the best tasting fish ive had in a while. Everything was cooked perfectly . I can see that the Scottsborro restaurants employees and management take pride in the food they serve.
Everything was good from the minute I walked in the door til minute I walked out. Restaurant was clean, bathrooms clean, fast and friendly service, food was good.
Whoever was running the drive thru tonight (1/18/26) was extremely RUDE! she complained that they'd have to make more hush puppies. The cole slaw tasted days old. The fries were soggy and not good at all. Very disappointed in the food and service tonight. The girl running the drive thru DOESN'T NEED TO WORK WITH THE PUBLIC!!
We ordered tonight and took it home and it was very good! The food was very fresh everyone was nice that we dealt with. Keep it up!
