McDonald's

Showed up, ordered 1 burger with fries, 2 spicy wraps with fries, and two spicy wraps, waited 20 minutes for the food to show up. Once the food showed up we got back in the car, started giving people food, in the bag we had 1 burger, 2 spicy wraps (one of which had no sauce), one order of fries, and 1 ranch wrap. We went back through the drive through and told them we were missing 2 spicy wraps and an order of fries, they brought us up to the second window to wait do them to bring us the food we were missing and had paid for. Waited 15 minutes, no food still. Ended up leaving and going to a gas station. They need to hire some competent workers here, it’s McDonald’s, not rocket science.

I placed a mobile order today for curbside pickup. Got there sat there for almost 20 minutes, I called the store and they were telling me they did not see my order went in and heard an employee yelling saying “I told you about that curbside and to take it out!” Both people were confused. I check my bag because every time I’ve been having to go there it’s routine because something is always missing. Was missing my McChicken, the employee had her AirPod in and was very rude. I get it fast food restaurant work is hard but yelling and acting rude towards employees and customers is not acceptable towards anyone. Came home was missing napkins, my sauce, all our food was semi cold, and the fries were definitely old due to probably sitting in the fries warmer for too long. McDonald’s was so much b

It's a McDonalds, you get what you get at a McDonalds. Service was fine, food was as expected and the atmosphere was thar of a McDonalds. Honestly why are you reading this, we're talking about one of the most popular Fast-Food chains in America. It's the same everywhere.

Whenever I get an iced coffee it’s always a size below the one I order. They need to look at the sizes and read them on the cup. I ordered a medium and got a small. I usually get a large and it’s usually a medium. Please pay attention to your cups.

It’s pretty average but I love their breakfast McMuffins and hashbrowns, will always return for those. My biggest complaint is that they mess up our orders a lot, wait time is usually long for a fast food restaurant, sometimes the fries are not fresh at all.
