Placed an order on the App at 10am for breakfast & when I arrived at 10:27 I was told breakfast was over and the app had automatically cancelled my order. Then the app told me it would take 5-7 days to return my money. It didn’t take 5-7 to take it out of my bank. And who cancels breakfast at 10:30 in the morning. This is not the first time something has gone wrong here, but it’s certainly the last for us. Too many other places to eat around here to go through this. I went straight to Dave’s Cafe and had a great breakfast. We will not be back here, enough is enough. Besides that the person who handled this situation was extremely rude & unprofessional. What a disappointing place.

I ordered a caramel iced coffee and they didn't put the caramel in; it tasted awful. This happens very often. They also added extra coffee, which tasted too bitter.

Usually don’t have issues when I go here and rarely go or leave reviews for restaurants. But since this monopoly thing started. I’ve gone 2-3 times and not once have I received a peel off card. I’m literally only ordering from you guys to play the monopoly game or whatever it’s called. What are the employees doing in there? Keeping the peel off cards for themselves?

one time i ordered french fries too salty but still im coming back coz' french fries and nuggets is my fave...about service is too slow but food is good, hopefully dont put a lot of salt for the fries,need to ask customer first before you put a salt too much...

I come my lunch at this location early and when I finish my coffee , I ask for refill, and the lady only fill half cup for me and they do have full pot of coffee . I mean they are NOT out of coffee at that time. If you don’t want a refill coffee you can let me bought another one . I don’t need to fill me only half cup for what?? I’m NOT a bagger
