Ordered curbside pick up in my work truck like I’ve done probably a dozen times over the last month and the young man whose name is Giuseppe came out was extremely rude. I asked where my drink was and he said he forgot it walked back inside came back out, handed me my drink, and when I questioned him on what his first name was because of how rude he was bringing the food out he was extremely disrespectful in his tone and manner because I was in a work truck. I have an injury that prevents me from getting in and out of it very easily like I said before in this post, I’ve done this at least a dozen times at your restaurant, but this will be the last time I ever visit this McDonald’s. Ordered online because I had my kid in the car they had me pull to spot one after two other cars pulled in next to me and got there Orders someone came out asked what I got and said they handed my order to someone else and had to remake it. After 20 minutes I finally got my order got home and part of it was missing. This is easily my least favorite place to get food but its close so occasionally I forget how bad it is and order something just to be reminded why it sucks. It would be one this if this kind of thing didn't happen all the time. When I called she blamed it on the new person... seems they always have a "new person" because that was the same problem last time.

Got breakfast here. The sandwich was soaked in grease. My drink I poured myself in the dining area. I got a juice. There was stuff floating in it and it tasted like it had soured in the lines. Fungus, mold something very yuck. I come to this area frequently and will no longer return to this mcdonalds. Staff seemed nice but drink and the food tells me no one cares about doing their job at this site.

I do not know how this place is still open! The food is at best lacking all the way around. If the sandwiches are not just thrown together, the fries are old and cold and the containers are not properly filled. They don't read their screens properly because half the time the order is wrong. I could understand a little if they were busy inside and thru drive though. But when I was the only one in drive thru and no one at the counter, there is absolutely no reason as to why the food was cold and poorly put together and kids standing around doing nothing. Service is always slow and this location is always understaffed. Expect every order to be a wait. The Middlebury McDonald’s loves to make you pull out of the drive thru windows and sit in a parking space to make it look like they are hitting their customer delivery time quota. I think this place reeks of mismanagement and an owner that squeezes every dollar out of employees and customers. Parking lot conditions are very sad. Hopefully my mind can change but this is just how it is here.
