I visited this place twice this week, and each time, I was disappointed. After waiting five minutes once I purchased my food, I asked for hot fries. The associate said, "Sure, ma'am, it will take three minutes to cook a fresh order. Do you want to wait?" I said yes. After waiting another minute or two, this is what he returned with: a large order of refried fries with the oil included! Take a look. Now they are hard and greasy! SHAME ON YOU. NEVER AGAIN MD!🤦🤥🫩

I'm a full time dasher and I pick a lot from this store. This is one of the busiest store I know, and yes sometimes it take a long time to get your order here. I've seen the employees did the best they can and sometimes yes they can't catch up with overwhelming order, it is what it is. Overalll the place is cozy, most of the staff is friendly and I think the food is standard McD

Took 20 min for my mobile order AFTER I checked in ( and there were not busy at all at 1030 on a Wednesday) , no ranch, and they said my food was handed to me a good 10 min before I WALKED in to get it. No one check in to inform me of a delay and manager was rude when I walked in like I was an inconvenience for walking in and asking why my food was marked as delivered to my car and it was still sitting on the rolling tray.
