McDonald's

This place is horrible. We ordered during our stay in Kenly and the way the food is prepared is atrocious. Chicken nuggets were old and burnt. Asked to have a new batch and they literally refried the ones we had. Our fries were still cold and undercooked. Our burger was ok minus the horrendous amount of mayo on and the dried out bun. The customer service was not that great and I get people complain all the time but I'm pretty sure undercooked food and over cooked food is a viable reason to complain. Unfortunately we already know nothing will be done about this as that's how big businesses operate but it does explain their rating of a 2.5 ..lesson learned definitely read the reviews before ordering from here.

Ive gotten food from this mcdonalds more than once, and I don't think they've ever gotten the order right. I order through the app and it literally says it on the ticket what it is and how people want it made and they still cant get it right. Ive never had this much of an issue with a mcdonalds and you'd think they would fix it but the customer service is awful and they like to try to blame the customer for their mistakes. That and we had to wait 30 minutes in the drive thru for a coffee. Nobody else in line. They push people forward to try to make their time look good just to mess up your order. Update- they messed up the coffee 3 times and its still disgusting

I stop at this location almost daily & can say the customer service is awesome. My 1 star comes because today there was raw meat on my burger. Which, lets me know that sanitation/cross contamination is an issue.

The employees there never listen. They always get my order wrong or they don’t put what I ordered in the bag. If you try to order 2 of the same thing they always assume it’s just one. Don’t go to the McDonalds in Kenly they’re incompetent

The gentleman that’s working the pick up window 11/25/25 at 1:45pm was extremely well mannered and polite. Best customer service at a McDonald’s drive through I’ve ever experienced! Food was fresh and hot!
