Ordered a double cheeseburger from the kiosk to go, when I got home (15 minutes away) and unwrapped it there was no meat. Zero meat! How does this even happen? Called, no one will answer, voice mail is full so you can’t leave a message.

Same old same old. Bottom of the barrel staff. Completely ignore you when you walk in, no welcome, no smile, no greeting. Very obvious almost everyone there literally hates their life. Most spend more time on their cell phones than anything else. Sad in just about every way.

If I could leave negative stars I would. This place is ridiculous! I got a snack wrap and the chicken was RAW. And I am not one to complain by any means but I brought it back and all they did was give me another one that was raw as well. I got no apologies or refunds. It was actually ridiculous, they did not care that I bit into a raw piece of chicken. Save yourself the trouble and go eat at any other place than here

Started off completely rude rushing us to order. Didn’t get my order correct, when I told her it wasn’t correct on the screen she rudely said “i’ll give you your 20 cents” because she upcharged me when i didn’t ask for it. I get to the window, i still get overcharged. The sandwiches weren’t correct either. If you want your money stolen and your order wrong, come here!

Got the drive thru. I didn't even eat yet when i got home my partner was up but i only order for myself, and finished my drink. I waited for her to place a mobile order. Maybe 30 or 40 mins after my first pick up I go inside drill my drink and pick up her breakfast sandwich and a manager has the audacity to say is can't refill my drink. Insists it company policy. Even states " No one who comes thru the drive through are allowed to get refills inside at all" I've never seen service like this way to not keep a customer. Go to Jacks at least they are reasonable
