Fries were cold. I went in during lunch rush. There was a line so I used the kiosk, did give me a receipt so I didn't know my number to pick up my food.

Very Dirty, considered as Christmas.. nobody spoke English, not even seasons greedy Merry Christmas tables with very sticky and dirty bathrooms were very dirty as well with flies all over the place.. TV screens for menus staticky working poorly couldn't even read off the menu never seen this in the McDonald's ever in my life. Pop machines don't work.. I was very bad experience..

Kaden went out of his way to make sure our order was right and correct a mistake on a doordash order. Fast food can be a thankless job sometimes and we appreciate the attention to detail and excellent customer service.

I order it through the mobile app EVERY morning. To go to the front counter. Today, while picking up my order, it wasn't there, it was ordered at 6:11. At 6:45 I still didn't have my order. I finally asked for my order. I was met with hostility and anger by the manager Tory. They didn't have my order. She said that they only had three people working. While I watched employees standing around eating and laughing..They were too busy to help even somebody at the front counter. Place an order for coffee. One of the cooks had to come up and help him place an order even. Even after showing her that I actually had an order. She wanted to argue with me about having an order instead. I had to ask her more than five times can I please just have my order so I wouldn't be late for work. Instead, she w

It's the worst, dirty and disorganized with 30 poorly trained staff members messing up your order. Burnt food and cold coffee and when I asked them to heat my coffee, Grace says, they have to brew new coffee due to health concerns. All this after a 20 minute wait. I had to leave my coffee. Why don't you have fresh hot coffee at 9:30 in the morning? Clean and fix this place or close it down. Check out my burnt food below...Done with you McDonald's.
