McDonald's

This was a good service Mac d but the infrastructure sucks all the water is comming inside at the rain timing while employees were not Careful with customer service . I did a make to Order but no one told me once the order is ready while I was sitting and waiting for my food after a while I have to go and check then I found my Mac spicy is there on the counter for a better service they should to take care of the customer while there were not may customer inside

Went in at 6:11 and the lobby opened at 6. No one at the open register to take my order. Looked around the corner in the kitchen and two ladies just chatting away with each other. Ignored me and when pressed said , were not on the clock. It actually was the manager and continued to ignore me. No explanation, no advice, no willingness to help. I left and went through the drive thru. No one answered to take my order. The worst customer service ever. That manager needs to be fired!

I realize this is a "first-world" complaint, but I'm going to voice it anyway. Whoever's responsible for adding ketchup or other condiments to burgers/sandwiches at Hazard's original McDonald's restaurant (Combs Road) seriously needs to be taught better, or else fired. Every time I order a Filet-O-Fish sandwich from the Combs Rd McDonald's and ask for ketchup, THIS is what I get—barely a tiny drop or two (see attached photos of two separate orders placed in recent months). If it weren't so insulting, it would be laughable. Come on, people! You can do better. (Thankfully, I didn't eat these sandwiches until I got home, where I keep a large bottle of ketchup in the refrigerator at all times.) RIDICULOUS . . .

I ordered my breakfast through the mobile app for this location. I ordered at about 10:10am and they do not stop serving breakfast until 10:30am. I made my way to the store under the assumption my food.would be prepared. When I arrived they told me I could not get the breakfast due to it being 1030am now even though I ordered this at 10:10am. Horrible customer service and lazy. My order should have been already bagged when I arrived. I will not go to this location again.

I hope this finds the right person who needs to see this. By far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s. Came in with two other families who had the same experience. We ordered breakfast @10 am. Finally got one of the orders @10:45am that was wrong. Manager on duty was rude as can be. I promise I will never visit this location again.
