McDonald's

I placed an online order. I go through the line. The drive thru lady that's a red head tells me to go to spot 3. I wait 50 minutes and still no food everyone else has already left. I reverse back to the pick up window and asked where my food was. She was snarky like I just didn't just get told to go to spot three. She said she didn't know where my order went. I have my drinks in the car. Well, I asked her if she wanted the mobile code she said no she has it. Well, she didn't have it.

I went to McDonald's I was waiting for my order for almost half a hour i hadded to head back to work so the manager who has red hair and has glasses and she looks really pregnant told me to hold on I have two hands why would she tell me that when I'm waiting for my order for 45 mintues and top it off she brings a bigger dude who has braids with glasses looks like her husband who is tall and moves really slow told me to be patient the food is coming out there was a lot of people waiting that manager with glasses is rude and mean and she doesn't deserve to work at McDonald's if she was a good manager she would of help the cooks who are struggling in the cook line but no I seen over 4 baggers at the front and two people in the cook line when there's a big line you help out the cook what a man

Im quite literally sitting in line as I write this review, going on 30 minutes now, and saw someone go into the back and smoke weed in the back food storage area... mind you, im back in this long line because they forgot to put most of my order in the bag, wonder why that was 🥲 now i know why this location is so inconsistent!

McDonald's has gone hill and this is a prime example. On your receipts there is a survey for a buy one get one ANY sandwhich. I went in to get 2 sandwiches and was told i could not get it. It says ANY sandwich on there. If i want two quarter pounders with bacon and cheese its buy 1 get one. Even then its still a ridiculous price. The cashier was rude and snobby. I tried multiple times to be nice and explain i get it at other McDonald's all the time. She said it was their policy that they cant do that. Tldr. Overpriced food. Quality is bad. Unfriendly service.

"Fast Food" is a complete misnomer at this place. They cannot get orders correct, can't handle adding a reward sandwich to the order and make sure it gets into the bag, and leave you waiting for who knows how long while they try to figure it out. Avoid if you're on any kind of time limit
