Love it! It’s new and really big. Great location too. The inside is really nice and big too; the interior is modern and McDonalds newest concept. They have a drive thru. This branch is way better than most you find in the city!! Staff were friendly and no issues at all. Not sure why people are complaining about such petty things; tell your concern to a manager instead of doing it hiding behind a screen lmao

Almost every time I go through the drive thru I get cold fries. I have to stop and go in and ask for fresh hot fries. This evening, I waited over 10 minutes in the drive thru and still ended up with cold fries but by the time I got my order I didn't have time on my break to ask for hot fresh fries. And to make it worse, my Big Mac was also cold, when I got to work 3 minutes later. Yet again, cold fries in the Drive Thru. It is a really frustrating issue with this location.

I generally only use the drive through service here. I don't expect much from this location. Since the day they opened, every time 8 take my grand daughter there, they have gotten her order wrong. If it was my order, no big deal! But the kids pack...how hard can it be? Fries or fruit? My grand daughter always orders the fruit, they always give her fries. Just check your order before pulling away and the rest will be fine. The staff is good to deal with.

Unfortunately it has to be the slowest “fast food” ever. Doesn’t matter if there is no one in line it will still take 15-20 mins to get anything. Doesn’t matter that time of day it’s always slow. Not sure what the issue is but they need to figure it out.

She told me she couldn't get the ice out of the soda for my son. I asked again, and when I insisted, they said they'd do it manually. But the treatment from that woman was a very unpleasant experience. I hope they can train her to provide good service.
