The Wooden Spoon Bistro

Stopped in here on my way through town and had the FAT CAT triple decker sandwich (bacon, chicken, veggies, saucy), was fantastic with the roasted tomato soup. Very filling but so so good. Probably should have wrapped half up to eat later but was too good. Definitely recommend and will be coming here on my way through next time.

Taste and flavour beyond! This incredible small town bistro with international flavours. Offering everything from homemade pastries and baking to incredible meals for breakfast, brunch and lunch. Small town feels with amazingly friendly and fast service. There is something on this extensive menu for everyone. When you visit, make sure to check out the ceiling. If I hadn't looked up, I would have missed the pure artistry of spoons and coffee bean bags. Brilliant design!! PS Returned the next day for breakfast and wished I could have stayed longer to try more! Added a few tasty treats for the road.

We dined in twice. Both visits were great. Great service and delicious food.

We got the masala bowl and the roaster panini. It was really delicious even though we had to wait about half an hour since it was lunch time. When we left there was a much longer line to get food. It’s probably the best spot to grab a bite in Grand Forks.

I went here for lunch with my wife and her aunt & uncle who frequent the restaurant. You order at the counter and it's got a laid back atmosphere. The fold here was fantastic. I had a salad and Nashville chicken sandwich. The vegetarian burger is also very good. As someone who doesn't usually get a veggie burger, it was the best I've tasted and would gladly order it next time. This restaurant is worth the praise!
