We came here with our son's team after a basketball game. There was probably around 25 of us, only 3 adults. All of the others were teens between 13 & 16 so it was pure chaos. The staff was so friendly and everything was correct and perfect!

After telling the lady at the window I had missing food, She seemed annoyed at my request to get the items I paid for. Then I had to go back to get more food that was missing and after that I was still missing sauces that I paid for. I didn’t have the time or the patience to try to fix it again. Please get help that can actually read a screen and do the job properly! It is ridiculous that this happens literally every time order! Something is wrong or missing and I have to fight to get the food I paid for! Skip this place! Go to Sheetz. Get take out from one of the other restaurants in town!

I use the mobile app the 3 times I have been to this store and they always park me and others. I know you are trying to keep good drive time numbers but I am giving you a heads up of my order. App users should never be parked. Everyone is always nice. My last order quarter pounder my bun was stiff and didn't taste right.

Every time I come here I wait longer and longer for food worse each time. I work next door. Waiting 15 or 20 minutes on my 30 minute break is ridiculous. Only to get the food and it’s just thrown together hanging out of the package in the bag. Below are photos of my food from this trip. All of my food looks like this or worse sometimes. Also why do I have 2 toasted middle buns for a Big Mac on my double cheeseburger?

I was told this place closed at 11 PM on Saturdays. Apparently that is not true. I arrived here at 10:45 PM wanting to place an order via the drive-through and I was told it would be a long wait because they would have to turn everything back on. After trying to contact customer service, I was told That because I came 15 minutes before closing expecting service, I was being a jerk. The moral of the story is if a fast food place says they close at a certain hour, they won’t take orders 15 to 30 minutes before closing because they want to get home and they have to shut everything down etc.
