Great Bear Cabin

Our stay at Cosmic Ridge Retreat was amazing! It was apparent from the onset that our host Josh was efficient, thoughtful and accommodating. Timely communication was sent prior to our stay. Enough to provide proper reminders and information without being overbearing or annoying. The driveway was freshly plowed when we arrived. We had a lovely welcoming message and music playing on the tv upon our arrival. A doggie welcome kit was at the entryway and was greatly appreciated as we forgot our dog Gigi’s bowls. Everything we needed in the home was provided and drawers and cabinets were labeled to find the items quickly. It is a warm welcoming experience with comfortable beds, lots of games, and entertainment if you choose to stay inside. A great fire pit and hot tub out side provide much

This was a wonderful trip. The house and views are beautiful. My husband and son went hunting and this gave me a place where my other kids could have fun and relax. The house was huge and the guidebook super helpful. We will definitely go back.

We stayed at Runway Retreat. I would give it 10 stars. The location was private, the driveway was an easy drive. The cabin had all you could want and more . Outside games in a huge yard, infinity game table and a hot tub. TV’s and internet. We will definitely be back. Great place for kids.

This place was the perfect little getaway, we wanted a place to spend family time, but also a place where everyone could have an experience doing something out of their routine. The equipment provided on the property was a big plus, I loved how several life jackets were provided. Kayaks were a big bonus. The neighbor was a friendly guy, spoke on the first day and then basically keep to himself. The fishing experience did not disappoint. Couldn't call it a night without making s'mores over the fire pit. Over all this trip was perfect. Thank you very much for all the accommodations.

Great Bear Cabin is a true gem. Nestled on its own private property in the heart of Gods Country. We loved the views and privacy of the cabin, but we were in love with the decor and comfort! Josh has taken great measures to bring comfort to your get-away! Amazing mattresses, high end bedding/ linens, and lots of little touches!! The dog station was filled with milk bones and they make it easy to keep cleaned up from your pet outside! Our favorite was the hot tub, playing board games in front of the bay window and being greeted by deer when we woke up. thanks for a great stay! Can’t wait to visit again.
