McDonald's

Decent people but the food has gone down hill at all location it's tast like cardboard. I feel bad for the people who work at all McDonald's locations that know how to cook. I personally know how to make a mean hamburger that is fast and tast like real meat

We had our order placed the better part of a half hour, it did finally arrive and everything was in it, but if we had been on a tight schedule, I wouldn't be so forgiving. Several people also had to have the their order corrected. I expect better service, and I don't care what job you have, do it to your best possible ability.

Kiosk didn't provide receipt. Was IGNORED by Manager when I asked for one. Food arrived 20 MINUTES LATER. Asked for light sauce on Big Mac and received it with no lettuce or pickle. SECOND RUN-IN WITH THIS MANAGER. Also, STORE IS FILTHY. Better service, better food at APPLEBEES for the same price.

Melissa the manager and are great employees, always working and trying to make up the differences. More kids work at night and evening shifts. Common sense helps everyone. Not watching football games on there phones like has been seen with day shift people. Everyone can watch it at home on there tv. People in charge need to show respect, empathy and common sense. Preventative maintenance and understanding limitations left from previous shifts. The all around experience is what matters for those we serve. Are our neighbors and friends REGI IS DEARLY MISSED. Dedication ALWAYS NOT Demoralization should not be tolerated. Some people are retention managers not a scapegoat.
