McDonald's

My family used the mobile app to order 4 frappes. We went through drive thru to make it as easy as possible, the guy sarcastically told us, "oh no, the frappe machine is down". We came home and placed a door dash order for 4 frappes and received them without issue. Odd.

Ellen made my mocha frappe (which I ordered the Carmel) and put it on the counter. Instead of giving it to me she made other orders. I beeped my horn to get her attention but she ignored me. When she finally came to the window I asked for her name so not sure if her name is correct. She is ALWAYS rude. This is not the first time this has happened. One other lady in the morning does this. They are fast to pull you around but slow to give you food.

Food was alright. I mean, its mcdonalds lol. Personal complaints: -Charged me for a drink I already paid for. -Unprofessional/Childish workers. "Customers always right" But, apparently not for me.

I stopped and tried the 2 spicy chicken wrap meal. I went inside and ordered it to go. I had a short wait. The staff were friendly. They also looked like they were working together to prepare orders!! I enjoyed the meal too! Another plus for McDonald's!!

Drive thru worker repeated our order 3 different times and wrong everything, we finally pulled off.
